Walks and days out with your dog
- The riverside path along the Arun from Arundel gives easy, flat walking with views back to the castle.
- Littlehampton West Beach and Climping are backed by dunes. Keep to the paths in the dunes, which protect rare plants and nesting birds.
- Horses are not allowed on Arun beaches between 10am and 6pm in summer, so beach walks are calm, but expect riders early and late.
